Our Story
Family Roots
The foundation of Oberlies Construction LLC rests on generations of craftsmanship and a shared family commitment to architectural beauty. Our journey began with a simple belief that every home deserves the touch of integrity and a mastery of the craft passed down through generations of builders.
Oberlies Construction was established in 1998 by husband-and-wife team Rick and Tracie Oberlies. After careers in law enforcement, they stepped out in faith and followed their passion for building and design. Rick’s foundation in construction began in his teenage years, working alongside his uncle, a residential home builder, where he learned the value of craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
Since opening their doors, Oberlies Construction has grown almost entirely through word of mouth. They have never relied on advertising — a testament to the loyalty of their clients, many of whom have trusted them for over 26 years and continue to return for new projects.
Rick is a skilled residential home builder, and Tracie brings each project to life as a decorator and designer. Together, they specialize in high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom cabinetry, and small additions.
At Oberlies Construction, they pride themselves on working hand-in-hand with each client from the initial concept to final completion, ensuring every detail reflects quality, care, and integrity.
